Airlay provide an extensive range of different carpet underlays for both the commercial and residential market.  Not only does Airlay Carpet Underlay improve underfoot comfort, it improves the acoustic and thermal insulation properties of the carpeted floor.

Our Carpet Underlay is made from 90% post industrial recycled foam. The foam is recycled from the manufacture of mattresses, car seats, chairs and lounge suites. The foam is sorted, heat treated and re-bonded into quality carpet underlay, thus minimising land fill and waste.
